Sponsorship Opportunities

OPTION 1:

Bronze Sponsor (R 500 000.00)

The Sponsor will be entitled to the following:

• Their logo will appear on all marketing material, for example:

• Conference Website

• Electronic Announcements

• Final Conference Programme

• A complimentary 9m² exhibition space and 2 complimentary exhibitor badge

• One complimentary Observer registration

• On screen rolling of the sponsor’s logo during the conference

• The title of “Bronze Sponsor” will be included on all your company’s registered delegate name badges

• The sponsor will be able to register onsite at a separate VIP/Sponsor desk

OPTION 2:

Silver Sponsor (R 750 000.00)

The Sponsor will be entitled to the following:

• Their logo will appear on all marketing material, for example:

• Conference Website (with an embedded link to the sponsor’s website)

• Electronic Announcements

• Final Conference Programme

• A complimentary 9m² exhibition space and 4 complimentary exhibitor badges

• Two complimentary Observer registrations

• A one page promotional item to be inserted into the Conference delegate bag

• Receive verbal acknowledgement during the Conference

• On-screen rolling of the sponsor’s logo during the Conference

• The title of “Silver Sponsor” will be included on all your company’s registered delegate name badges

• The sponsor will be able to register onsite at a separate VIP/Sponsor desk

OPTION 3:

Gold Sponsor (R 1 000 000.00)

The Sponsor will be entitled to the following:

• Their logo will appear on all marketing material, for example:

• Conference Website (including a short profile of the sponsor and an imbedded link to the sponsor’s website)

• Electronic Announcements

• Final Conference Programme

• A complimentary 18m² exhibition space and 4 complimentary exhibitor badges

• Four complimentary Observer registrations

• Supply a brochure/promotional item to be inserted into the Conference delegate bag

• Their logo inserted on the back cover of the Delegate Handbook

• The sponsor will receive verbal acknowledgement during the Conference

• On-screen rolling of the sponsor’s logo during the Conference

• The title of “Gold Sponsor” will be included on all your company’s registered delegate name badges

• The sponsor will be able to register onsite at a separate VIP/Sponsor desk

   

OPTION 4:

Principal Sponsor (Minimum bid of R 1 500 000.00)

The Sponsor will be entitled to the following:

• Their logo will appear on all marketing material, for example:

• Conference Website (including a page profile of the sponsor and an imbedded link to the sponsor’s website)

• Electronic Announcements

• Final Conference Programme

• Their logo on the landing page of the conference website identifying the company as the principal sponsor

• A complimentary 27m² exhibition space and 5 complimentary exhibitor badges

• Six complimentary Observer registrations

• Supply a brochure/promotional item to be inserted into the Conference delegate bag

• The company logo inserted on the back cover of the Delegate Handbook

• Have exclusive sponsor branding rights of the dinner on Thursday 21 April 2010 (alongside the conference branding)

• The sponsor will receive verbal acknowledgement during the Conference as well as verbal acknowledgement during the opening address

• On-screen rolling of the sponsor’s logo during the Conference

• The title of “Principal Sponsor” will be included on all your company’s registered delegate name badges

• The sponsor will be able to register onsite at a separate VIP/Sponsor desk

   

 Option 5:

Miscellaneous Sponsor

The Conference will also provide specific sponsorship opportunities as listed below to those that show interest. The sponsor will be provided with certain market opportunities related to the specific sponsored event as discussed with the Financial Services Board

Sponsorship options

The Conference will provide the following specific sponsorship options:

• Dinner at Cape Town Castle: 18 April - R 650 000.00

• Dinner at Lourensford Wine Estate: 19 April - R 650 000.00

• Gala Dinner: 20 April - R 950 000.00

• Farwell Function: 21 April - R 500 000.00

• Delegate Packs and gifts - R 300 000.00
